The full 2027 range
All 44 Tamil monthly calendar designs
Every design carries the Tamil monthly calendar — one month to a sheet, with panchangam, festivals and government holidays. What changes is the size, the colour scheme and the number of print colours. Filter below, then send us the design number.
Sheets shown are our own 2027 range, photographed from press proofs. The white panel at the top of each sheet is the advertisement space — on your order it carries your company name, logo, address, telephone, email and website instead of ours. Design numbers BG 001 to BG 044; each number is made in the size shown against it.
Why companies order them
A year of advertising for the cost of one mailer
A Tamil monthly calendar is not a greeting — it is media. It goes up in the shop, the workshop office or the home in the last week of December and stays on the wall until the following December. Nobody throws away a calendar they are still using, and every person in the room reads your name each time they check a date or a muhurtham.
That is why textile units in Tiruppur, poultry and rice mills in Namakkal and Erode, transport and finance offices, hospitals, dealer networks and co-operative banks across Tamil Nadu still put a large part of their new-year gifting budget into printed calendars rather than diaries.
Common corporate uses
- Dealer and distributor gifting — the 20×30 four-colour sheet, the largest and most visible in the range
- Customer and patient waiting areas — 17×27, readable across a room
- Staff and field distribution — 15×20 two-colour, the economical bulk option
- Branch and franchise networks — one design, one imprint, delivered to multiple towns
- New-year corporate gifting alongside diaries and desk calendars

Common questions
Before you ask for a price
What is the minimum order for corporate calendars?
500 calendars per design and size. Below that the plate and setting cost dominates the price per piece, so a smaller run rarely works out cheaper than 500.
Can you print our company name and logo on the calendar?
Yes — and it is included in the price, not an extra. The advertisement panel above the calendar grid is set fresh for every customer with your company name, logo, address, telephone, email and website. Send the logo as AI, PDF, CDR or a high-resolution image.
Can we order several designs on one purchase order?
Yes. Many companies split the order by audience — a large 20×30 four-colour sheet for dealers and distributors, and a 15×20 two-colour for wider staff and customer distribution. The 500-piece minimum applies to each design and size, not to the order as a whole.
When should a company order calendars for the new year?
September and October. Production itself runs 7–10 working days after artwork approval, but November and December are the peak months for calendar printing across Tamil Nadu — paper, plates and press time all get tight. Early orders get firm delivery dates.
What paper are they printed on?
Art paper at 90–130 GSM for four-colour designs, and maplitho at 70–100 GSM for two-colour. Calendars are printed on paper rather than board — FBB, duplex and greyboard are carton materials, not calendar materials.
Do you deliver outside Erode?
Yes, across Tamil Nadu — Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Salem, Namakkal, Karur, Trichy, Madurai, Chennai and elsewhere. Tell us the delivery town, or the split across towns, when you ask for a price so freight is included in the quote.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp and we will send photographs of the designs you are considering, and post physical sheets if you need to judge the paper and the print before raising a purchase order.
Who prints them?
We do. Balaji Grapics has printed cartons and calendars from its own offset plant at 55, SIDCO, Perundurai SIPCOT since 2010. Calendars are not bought in and re-badged — plates, printing and finishing are all in house, which is why we can hold a 7–10 day lead time in season.
