Lamination
Gloss, matte and velvet film. Gloss lifts colour and resists scuffing; velvet adds the soft touch gift boxes want.

Die punching
Custom dies cut to your dieline — windows, handles, locks and inserts, with a hand sample before bulk.
Best forOdd shapes, or a box that must lock without tape.
Embossing & debossing
Brass dies raise or sink a logo into the board. Sharpest on matte laminated or uncoated stock.
Best forA logo that should be felt as well as seen.
Hot foil stamping
Gold, silver, holographic and pigment foils, in-house — so festival deadlines don't wait on an outside vendor.

Aqueous & UV coating
In-line aqueous and varnish, plus spot UV for selective gloss. Aqueous keeps a food carton recyclable where film would not.

Automatic straight-line folder-gluer at 10,000 cartons an hour, with glue bond and squareness checked at pack.
